that's about all I manage right now...it sucks when things don't go the way you planned...
cute "new house" that I am halfway moved into....may not happen!
issues with the landlord, no one wants to be responsible for any maintenance on the property..
can't move in without any cooling units working...it's 95 degrees!!!
do I get my money back or am I gonna get the raw end of the deal here...no getting a good vibe!!
